Our Story
My wife, Kelly Moloney Lyons, and I moved to southwest Florida in 2000 after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Architecture. For the first twenty years we worked for other people either as full-time employees or as consultants. In that time we did a variety of work, but primarily focused on residential architecture. We were involved in every aspect of those projects from client relationships to schematic design thru project management.
In 2020 we decided it was time to go out on our own, and start the Lymolo Design Studio. Throughout our time here we have developed many great relationships with not only our clients, but also with the contractors and trades that build our projects. These relationships have helped make our projects absolutely the best they can be. If you have looked through our website, or are about to, you will see a variety of projects, some of them conceptual, some of them under construction, and some completed. You will also see some projects we did while working for other people. Although the projects featured on the website are all new houses, we also do renovations, additions, condos, and interior design. Every project, no matter what the scale, is an opportunity to help someone solve a problem, explore interesting ideas and create beautiful space. We believe that every client deserves good design, and we approach every project with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
